Handing over the keys to your new home is just the start of our relationship

Here at Marena Murray Property, we value the relationships we build with our clients. It’s a relationship that doesn't stop at the handover of the keys to your new house. In fact that’s really when it begins.

Because we work and live on the Club we have first hand experience of ‘what comes next’ and as a result we can help you to turn your new house into a home with the minimum of stress and effort.

We can help you to furnish your new home, from top quality furniture packs to a single item of furniture or equipment, we can point you in the right direction for shopping or a quote. And for a small ‘personal shopper’ fee we will even come with you to translate and help you negotiate.

You may wish to generate income from your property or need it managed and maintained whilst you are away. All of which we can help you with, check out our Property Management and Rental Income Generation pages for more details.

If you need building works we can help you with that too, we have helped our clients with complete property refurbishments, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, pool covers, plumbing, electrical and landscaping to name but a few.

Often our clients become repeat customers, perhaps buying a property in La Manga Club for the first time, then asking us to manage and maintain it, or provide rental income and even sell their property, as they either upsize or downsize depending on their family dynamics.

Giving you the inside track

When you buy a property in La Manga Club, your lawyers will talk you through the generalities of the various communities on La Manga Club and how they are set up but that doesn’t give you the full picture.

We are always happy to help our clients understand the way the resort works and will be happy to give you the inside track. For example:

  • How a community is formed, how the charges are set, owners weeks and
AGM’s etc, how you can become involved

  • Who collects your rubbish

  • Who to talk to if you need any work carried out by the community

  • What is the annual IBI tax

  • Relationships between different bodies and associations within the Club

  • What bills to expect

  • Recommendations for good places to shop, eat, sleep, discounts etc

Our door will always be open to you, whether you just want to pop in for a chat about how the market is doing, request a valuation for your property or discuss a building project. We look forward to seeing you.
