We start by thoroughly inspecting your property and we will then discuss with you how to optimise it for the holiday rental market, advising you of the key features that can help to make your property more attractive and marketable. We will also let you know if there is anything we feel needs doing to give your property an edge over the competition.
Once you enter the program, just let us know the dates you will be visiting the resort and we will work around them to find the optimum number of holiday rental clients.
We then take care of every aspect of holiday letting – finding clients, managing bookings online, registering clients, administering payments etc. We also provide a thorough ‘user manual’ tailored to each property that gives guests all the information they will need about your property and also the resort and wider area, to make their holiday in La Manga Club as rewarding as possible.
Prior to guests arriving, your property will be cleaned and prepared to the highest standards including beautifully prepared towel art in all bedrooms and complimentary branded toiletries in all bathrooms. Our housekeeping team take great pride in presenting your property at its very best.
We personally welcome all guests on arrival and check them in from our offices within the resort. Throughout their stay, we assist with arrangements such as car hire, sports bookings, and restaurant reservations, helping guests make the most of everything La Manga Club has to offer.
At the end of each stay, we carry out a thorough inspection of your property and securely collect the keys, ensuring your home is left exactly as it should be.
Your property will be promoted through our dedicated marketing channels and a comprehensive international marketing programme. This includes targeted social media promotion, search engine optimisation, and online campaigns designed to present our clients’ properties to a global audience.
