Buying property, let alone buying overseas property, is meant to be a fraught and nerve wracking process full of hiccups, mishaps and problems – Our experience was completely different.
Who would have thought in reality the whole process would be so pain free.
Having decided to buy in La Manga Club, we made an appointment with Marena Murray to view a number of properties. From the point of first contact, meeting us at the office, viewing, discussing the properties and the various costs, the whole episode was both a pleasant and extremely professional experience. Indeed having decided on the property and agreed a price with the vendor, we continued to be ‘looked after’ and nothing was too much trouble. Marena kindly put us in contact with other advisers involved in the buying chain who, like Marena, made the whole process very easy (somewhat different to previous experiences encountered in the UK).
