We enjoyed several holiday visits to La Manga Club some 10 years ago which has always stayed in the mind as a “place in the sun” with a unique and magical quality. Circumstances have now allowed us to return to purchase our own place in the sun at La Manga Club, which we found retains all of its magic. With regard to the practicalities of purchasing, we found both Janice and Marena most helpful in providing a mine of information and advice and nothing was too much trouble in assisting. We looked around quite a number of properties in a short space of time, even at less than convenient times, before alighting on “the one” for us. Although the buying process and assimilation of all the relevant information appeared to be challenging, particularly as we do not speak Spanish, in practice it is not difficult at all; it was very much a case of trusting the process and relying on both Marena Murray for her keen negotiating skills and the very efficient and friendly English speaking lawyers at La Manga Club.
